SRL Smart Vending LTD

1. Payments and Transactions

Vending machines supplied and maintained by SRL Smart Vending LTD accept both coin and/or digital payments. While our machines are regularly tested for reliability, the company shall not be held liable for any failed or incomplete transactions resulting from technical faults, network issues, or payment processing delays.

In the event of a failed transaction (e.g. payment taken but no product dispensed), please contact our support team at 07865593336 with the date, time, location, and payment method used. Refunds may be offered after internal review.

2. Electrical Faults and Hot Fluid Injuries

All machines are installed and maintained to meet relevant UK safety standards. SRL Smart Vending LTD is not liable for injuries, burns, or damages arising from:

• Misuse of the vending machine
• Tampering or vandalism
• Spills or burns from hot drinks
• Electrical faults caused by third-party interference or environmental factors

Any incident must be reported immediately to our support team at 07865593336 for investigation.

3. Fault Reporting and Support

Should any machine become non-operational or unsafe to use, please contact us on 07865593336. We aim to respond to support queries within 24 to 48 business hours, depending on location and severity of the issue.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, SRL Smart Vending LTD shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including injury, damage, or loss of earnings resulting from the use or malfunction of our vending machines.
